Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Bridge Network platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Network Rules, and any applicable participation or revenue-sharing agreement.

2. Eligibility & Authorization

You may only connect a Wi-Fi network to the platform if you own it or have explicit written authorization from the owner or authorized network administrator to operate and monetize it.

  • Knowing a Wi-Fi password does not establish ownership or authorization.
  • Technical access to a router does not establish ownership or authorization.
  • Temporary or guest access does not establish ownership or authorization.
  • Business networks require a signed participation agreement from the business owner or authorized administrator.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Secretly connecting the platform to a third party's Wi-Fi.
  • Using someone else's network credentials.
  • Bypassing security controls, firewalls, or router restrictions.
  • Installing unauthorized software or hardware.
  • Claiming earnings from a network you do not own or are not authorized to operate.
  • Misrepresenting ownership or authority to monetize a network.

4. Earnings & Payouts

Only activity from an approved, authorized, active network generates earnings. Revenue splits are configurable by the platform and documented per agreement. Payouts are sent automatically each month once the minimum threshold is met, subject to verification and agreement requirements.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

The platform may suspend, ban, or deactivate accounts and networks that violate these Terms, applicable law, or payment-provider rules. Network owners may revoke platform access at any time, subject to signed agreement terms.

6. Liability & Compliance

You are responsible for complying with your internet service provider's terms, applicable telecommunications and privacy laws, and any business authorization requirements. The platform does not bypass Wi-Fi passwords, ISP restrictions, router security, firewalls, or access controls.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
