Business Participation Agreement

1. Purpose
This agreement governs the participation of hotels, restaurants, stores, offices, and other business locations in the Bridge Network. It establishes the terms under which a business authorizes the platform to share a portion of its internet connection and earn revenue.
2. Parties
This agreement is between the business owner or authorized network administrator (the 'Business') and the Bridge Network platform. The Business confirms it controls or is authorized to manage the network being shared.
3. Authorization & Authority
- The Business confirms it owns or is authorized to manage the network.
- The person signing has authority to grant permission.
- The Business confirms compliance with its internet service provider agreement.
- The Business approves the technical installation or configuration.
4. Revenue Sharing
Revenue is divided according to the agreed split between the business/property owner, authorized network operator, referral partner (if applicable and disclosed), and the platform. The split is documented in this agreement and may be customized per location.
5. Data & Disclosure
The Business understands what data is collected, how it is used, and how privacy is protected. The Business consents to the platform's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Term & Termination
This agreement has a start date and end date. The Business may deactivate participation at any time, subject to the terms of this agreement. The platform may suspend or terminate participation for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.
7. Liability
The Business is responsible for compliance with applicable laws, ISP terms, and property requirements. The platform is not liable for unauthorized use, ISP disputes, or regulatory violations arising from the Business's network.
8. Disputes
Ownership disputes, unauthorized submissions, and payout disputes are handled through the platform's dispute process. The platform may hold payouts pending legitimate review.
